• Assist into updates in WCS (catalog) and RAPP tool (ranking), all product listing pages as well as European dedicated selections.
• Ensure that all the products push are relevant, in stock and key best sellers has the greatest visibility.
• Ongoing adaptations to animate the selection in regard of local priorities and best sellers (Seasonal key pages/selections).
• Monthly updates of our key listing pages and badges. (Latest creations, personalization offers, must have, ecc …).

Search bar optimizations

• Update in Algolia tool (Internal search tool) – Spot new/missed opportunities to rework our search display.
• Integrate and deploy new lists of products (best sellers per countries – main websites).
• Assist into deploying a new usage of the tool. (Using rules to rank thanks to product attributes).
• Identification of key searches and organize the deployment of visuals (header & visual inserts).

Commercial periods anticipation

• Assist the e-merchandising team to prepare future assortment, check stocks and reassortment with Amsterdam planners.
• Assist into European key commercial messages proposition (per market), including contact details and taking into consideration SEO needs.
• Assist into preparing retex including what was activated for main markets as well as best sellers and any interesting insights to share with the markets.

AB testing campaign follow Up

• Competitors Benchmark, brief preparation including mock-ups and KPIs to follow. Organize calls with HQ Digital Operations to ensure AB testing follow up, adapt, and create necessary change request.
• Prepare tests for main markets regarding next quarterly homepages waves plan and assist to discuss it with HQ.

• Investigate the key factors affecting friction in Sunblind systems, including mechanical components and textiles.
• Identify areas of opportunity and conduct tests in collaboration with the testing department to prove the correlation between the contributing factors.
• Analyze results and draw conclusions.
• Support the development of a new Sunblind component.
• Assist product benchmark.

You will plan, deliver, and support internal communication campaigns to drive employee engagement and external communication campaigns to strengthen our employee branding. You will create content for and help manage the HR intranet pages, our Company LinkedIn, Employer Branding and other HR initiatives such as our Employee Healthy Living Program

Key activities:

• Develop content for internal channels, deliver internal campaigns, and provide support for key internal initiatives
• Update HR intranet pages and LinkedIn
• Generate ideas, propose improvements, and deliver content for HR & Internal communication activities covering the full employee life cycle and employee experience
• Managed and created content for employer branding to increase employee engagement and attract talent more effectively via LinkedIn.

• Collaborer à certaines expertises à forte valeur ajoutée et permettre d’affiner l’expression du besoin et l’analyse technique en début d’affaire ;
• Réaliser les Avant Projets Sommaires et / ou Détaillés relatifs au remplacement ou à la réhabilitation d’équipements électriques (HTA/HTB) ;
• Établir les Cahier des Charges techniques, organiser et suivre les consultations ;
• Participer à l’évaluation des offres techniques remises par les fournisseurs ;
• Effectuer ou superviser les études et le suivi de la fabrication puis de la réalisation ;
• Contribuer aux essais et à la requalification de l’aménagement ;
• S’assurer de la remise d’un dossier technique final « conforme à réalisation » soldant l’opération d’ingénierie.
