- You will assist in collecting and analysing sustainability data & product certification
- You will support Creative teams by addressing and resolving queries on sustainable products, ensuring alignment with HUGO BOSS's sustainability guidelines
- You will be overseeing and checking the sustainability claims and communication on product level
- You will contribute to projects like the internal sustainability newsletter by researching and reviewing global sustainability initiatives in the fashion industry
- Additional support in daily business and further development of projects in Brand & Business Development for BOSS Mens- and Womenswear.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage user accounts and access within Active Directory (AD).
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of SharePoint, Teams, and Planner.
- Support end users and process day-to-day JIRA tickets.
- By covering this internship, you will assist in configuring and utilizing key SuccessFactors modules, including Recruitment, Preboarding, and Offboarding, under the guidance of senior team members. You will also play a role in resolving global HR system-related issues, helping to find solutions to system questions and challenges to ensure smooth operations.
- Additionally, your mission will be to support PeopleDoc system solutions and standardization activities, as well as assist in custom Workforce Planning (WFP) and Onboarding systems.
You will contribute to global HR projects by coordinating and implementing activities, gaining exposure to cross-functional and international teams. - Finally, you will provide support to HR/HRIS teams in using HRIS systems, and assist with system testing, data validation, and reporting as needed.
You will help to build a product category through multiple 360° ways:
- Run consumer & business analysis (competitive reviews, market analysis, performance tracking…)
- Build new products concepts in collaboration with your team and internal partners
- Follow up on product development with internal and external partners (mockups designers, packaging, labs, regulatory, purchasing, new product development team…)
- Follow up on retail & digital communication campaign.
Under the primary supervision of the Chief of Press and External Relations Section, and with the support of other UNIS staff, the Public Information Intern's duties will include the following:
- Help with planning, organizing, conducting, and evaluating various outreach events at the UN Office at Geneva, as well as activities across Switzerland; and planning and helping organize events in connection with the 80th anniversary of the United Nations;
- Produce daily media monitoring of Swiss newspapers (in German, French, and English), along with other UNIS interns;
- Use UNIS Trello Boards to plan, create and curate social media content for @UNGeneva platforms, maintain and update weekly editorial calendars, collect and collate multimedia information from different departments and organizations;
- Attend biweekly press briefings; and draft press briefing summaries (in English);
- Attend meetings and side events of the Human Rights Council, and other major events, and draft minutes (in English and/or in French);
- Draft stories and video scripts in English and in French, on events and developments at UN Geneva, to be reviewed, edited, and possibly published on the UN Geneva website;
- Carry out other tasks as requested by the United Nations Information Service.
