Votre arrivée est une contribution essentielle à l’accomplissement des défis suivants : 

  • A l’écoute, vous accompagnez le client dans la phase de conception du projet en  recueillant et analysant son besoin et le traduisez ensuite via la rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles et/ou cahier des charges
  • Organisé, vous assurerez le déploiement de la solution (plan de bascule, mise en place d'un support, …)
  • Coordinateur, vous accompagnez votre client au niveau du pilotage du projet et des différents acteurs et assurez l’animation des comités de pilotage ( pilotage budgétaire et suivi du projet).
  • Collaboratif,  vous assurez le lien entre les équipes techniques et le métier 
  • Rigoureux, vous vérifiez la conformité de la solution en phase de recette en effectuant des tests pour valider la solution développée (stratégie de recette, accompagnement et exécution de la recette)
  • Soucieux de la satisfaction client, vous assurez l’assistance au déploiement du projet en déclinant une stratégie d’accompagnement  de conduite du changement efficiente au travers d'une communication ciblée, d'un plan de formation adapté aux besoins des utilisateurs…
  • Curieux, vous saurez identifier les dernières tendances du marché et nouvelles solutions

 

Financial Reporting

  • Develop and maintain financial reports to support project tracking and decision-making.
  • Assist in budget monitoring, variance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data across PMO platforms.

Digitalization Support

  • Contribute to the digital transformation of PMO processes by identifying automation opportunities.
  • Assist in the implementation and testing of digital tools and platforms.
  • Support data migration, dashboard creation, and process optimization initiatives.

CAPEX Zone Lead Support

  • Aid CAPEX zone leads in managing and updating PMO platforms.
  • Ensure timely and accurate input of project data and milestones.
  • Help track capital expenditure projects and maintain alignment with global standards.

General PMO Support

  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO governance.
  • Participate in team meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Support internal audits and reporting cycles as needed.

Support to Engineering Team

  • Perform ad hoc tasks and provide administrative or analytical support as requested by the engineering team.
  • Assist in documentation, meeting coordination, and follow-up on action items.
  • Drive high-quality and holistic technical input for stakeholder decisions on relevant projects.
  • Contribute to new technology capability building within the global R&D community of The Vegetarian Butcher.
  • Ensure developers and process technologists are up-to-speed with the latest insights.
  • Scope literature for possible formulation and processing solutions.
  • Prepare lab samples for physico-chemical and sensorial analysis.
  • Perform analytical and sensorial tests, analyze data, and report results.
  • Support product developers and process technologists in lab and factory trials.

 

You will support the Regional Marketing Digital Team to ensure the execution of the eRetail channel strategy across EMEA by local markets. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Tracking the availability of the eCommerce content delivered by our US teams (product descriptions, images, demos).
  • Closing content gaps in an autonomous way, both in Mattel Systems and also in retailer website.
  • Managing the localization of visual content: feature call-out images, product demos.
  • Managing the rich pages execution: ensure content is available and collaborate with eMerch agency the set up.
  • Live checking product detail page to secure quality.
  • Act as backfill for Amazon processes such as BTR order management, SIOC certification, Variation execution, etc.
