We are offering an exciting internship opportunity to support the Global Cloud Customer Care office for our flagship product, S/4HANA Cloud, public edition. Our team is part of the Cloud ERP Product Engineering unit and plays a key role in ensuring smooth global operations and continuous improvement in customer support. As an intern, you will be introduced to a wide range of operational and project-related tasks. No prior experience is required — just a willingness to learn, a proactive mindset, and a keen interest in how mid/large-scale operations run behind the scenes.

Your learning experience will include:

  • Assisting with daily operations to help ensure reliable service delivery
  • Supporting process reviews and identifying areas for improvement
  • Helping create and improve PowerPoint presentations and internal reports
  • Gaining exposure to project coordination tasks and collaboration tools

You will be fully supported by experienced team members who will guide you throughout the internship. This is a great opportunity to develop practical skills in a real-world, global IT environment. This project will drive real business impact by enhancing the efficiency and reliability of the Cloud Customer Care operations. It is a mix of both, Data enrty and Administrative tasks will be performed during day to day operations.

  • Le déploiement de projets nationaux à valeur en DR Bretagne
  • La gestion et la coordination de projets innovants en mode agile en interne avec les métiers d’Enedis et/ou en lien avec des start-up externes
  • La participation à l’organisation du concours innovation Breizh Innov’ au sein de la Direction régionale Bretagne
  • Le pilotage de la comitologie des projets innovants à valeur en lien avec les métiers d’Enedis : suivi et rédaction des besoins fonctionnels, priorisation des fonctionnalités/évolutions des projets, animation d’ateliers méthodologiques, suivi des projets avec les entités nationales impliquées…
  • Communiquer auprès des 1800 salariés de la Direction régionale Bretagne sur les projets suivis (maitrise des différents supports de communication : newsletters, podcasts, films…)
  • La mise à jour des supports institutionnels du Lab à destination de nos parties prenantes pour valoriser nos activités (book inno, trombinoscope, support enedis lab tour, rapports de production des innovations régionales notamment via La Ruche…)
  • La mise en place et le maintien à jour des outils de pilotage global des projets du Lab (adopt, PowerBI…)
  • La participation à des ateliers de design thinking et design de service pour cadrer les projets en cours et à venir
  • Le lien avec la cellule cyber sécurité locale et nationale sur des projets nécessitant une analyse spécifique en cyber sécurité mais également avec les autres pôles du lab hébergeant la mobilité électrique, la data, les smartgrids, le numérique responsable et le dev
  • Tout autre activité facilitant la création de valeur autour de l’innovation à Enedis Bretagne.

You accompany us and take responsibility to create new communication content and coordinate with external service providers.

  • During your internship you will experience how to create new communication content (incl. artwork and layout) for different digital media channels based on the opnMe communication strategy.
  • As part of the communication team, you will get insights on how to develop and propose new ideas based on our strategy and present them to colleagues.
  • Part of your stay includes supporting the coordination with external service providers (e. g., creative agencies and IT partners) for the design and layout of relevant communication materials.
  • You support the analysis of the effectiveness of the digital communication using analytic tools (e. g., Adobe Analytics).
  • Support drafting, editing, and preparing communication materials such as social media posts, web page content, newsletters, and reports, ensuring alignment with UNITAR's overall communication strategy and objectives;
  • Assist with the preparation of social media campaigns for international days, ensuring high engagement and visibility;
  • Collect the content necessary for the preparation of communication materials;
  • Collaborate with the Division for Peace communications team to develop and schedule PDTA communication materials;
  • Contribute to the development and editing of internal reports, such as the quarterly report and annual report;
  • Assist in the ongoing updates and improvements of the PDTA web , ensuring that all content is up to date, engaging, and of high quality;
  • Provide administrative support within the communication team, including organizing meetings, managing digital files, and preparing internal documents as needed;
  • Offer logistical and administrative support for the implementation of section’s communication activities;
  • Support with the drafting of a communication plan around PDTA activities;
  • Provide further support as requested by the supervisor.
  • Analizzare le performance del mercato italiano attraverso strumenti avanzati (Google Analytics, Qlik, Excel) per trasformare i dati in azioni concrete e mirate;
  • Proporre insight strategici e raccomandazioni efficaci per ottimizzare i risultati commerciali e contribuire attivamente alla crescita del brand;
  • Monitorare quotidianamente le tendenze di mercato e restare aggiornato/a sulle evoluzioni del marketing globale (competitor, trend nell’arredamento e nella decorazione, innovazioni digitali); Curare la scrittura, la traduzione e la revisione di contenuti per i diversi touchpoint digitali (homepage, newsletter, landing page, ecc.), assicurando coerenza con il tone of voice del brand;
  • Collaborare con il team su progetti di social media, campagne di influencer marketing e organizzazione di eventi per rafforzare la presenza del brand online e offline;
