- Supporting the preparation of procurement documents (e.g. calls for tenders, requests for quotes),
- providing administrative support for procurement files and record-keeping,
- support with the update of the contract management database,
- collaborating on the drafting of templates, reports and summaries related to procurement procedures,
- participating in meetings and preparing related documentation.
In this role you’ll be part of an actively growing Professional Services (PS) team. The Cisco Professional Services organization helps customers optimize their network investment and speed adoption and migration of sophisticated technologies. A key component of the PS portfolio is our Project Management capability and expertise. You’d be supporting Project Management team in their daily tasks as well as take part in training on projects assisted by an experienced Cisco Project Manager.
- Assistance in successful completion of customer projects led by Project Managers
- Ensuring the accuracy of project data in internal tools and systems.
- Active participation in Team’s life and ensuring effective communication between team members.
- Assisting Project Managers in performing project administration activities.
- Support various activities associated with Sales Department (Exhibitions & Events, support Sales team with prospecting projects, leads insertion to the CRM, agreements issuance, etc.) at the highest level
- Conduct business research to generate lead and support marketing campaigns
- Support CRM maintenance on data, prices, quotations, etc
- Generate new leads through emails and calls
- Contact inactive leads to revive interest
- Should follow-up on tasks assigned to him/her
- Contribute to the implementation of ISO
- Provide ah-hoc assistance to his/her Unit.
- Research and assist trade compliance projects
- Understand EU import and export laws and regulations and how they apply to a global manufacturer
- Support the Health Check process of Henkel Europe for customs compliance
- Assist trade staff with daily shipment compliance reviews
- Answer inquiries from internal and external customers as you learn about the complexities of global trade.
The Legal Service of the CPVO deals with all the legal aspects related to the plant variety rights protection system and the functioning of the CPVO. The trainee will participate in the work of the Legal Service of the Office. Her/his main tasks will include, among others:
- providing assistance in conducting legal searches and drafting legal advice to other Units of the Office,
- attending Office committees’ meetings,
- support in drafting decisions in legal proceedings including objections, nullities and cancellations,
- support in Board of Appeal and Court of Justice proceedings,
- providing support in the preparation of seminars and presentations on plant variety and Intellectual Property related issues.
After an initial period of introduction, necessary to get familiar with the processes and the IT tools of the Office, the trainee will be requested to provide substantial contributions to the team.
