The candidate should have a solid background in applied economics given that the selected person will provide support in the preparation of annual publications, notably the annual Eurochambres Economic Survey. Tasks of the intern:

  • Support in the preparation of surveys, their promotion and communication;
  • General support for all policy priorities (legislative monitoring, research concerning businesses and Chambers, preparation of background notes, briefings and reports, organisation of online meetings and events).

 

L&D digital ecosystem:

  • Administrative support on digital platforms (LMS, LXP): extracting and analysing learner activity, producing analysis reports on ongoing learning initiatives for evaluation and impact and co-ordinating with our HRIS teams,
  • Digital content curation: selection of relevant content on different topics to support different learning initiatives in collaboration with SMEs from different Functions, Maisons and Regions,
  • Review and update vendor processes as well as administrative access to obtain all learner reports for all Maisons and Regions L&D contacts, liaise with suppliers and stakeholders when needed,
  • Manage bi-annual information sessions for contracted vendors,
  • Provide administrative support to various L&D projects run by Group L&D with Central Functions.

L&D Community activation:

  • Lead Community engagements on topics of digital platform, learning consumption and prepare your own slides with high quality for such presentations,
  • Support the team on global event organization or community engagements.

 

At Tikehau Capital, ESG is an essential element in the decision-making process, embedded in the fundamental analysis of our investment teams. It is also a progressive approach, and we need to add more strength to the ESG team. This position is an opportunity to be part of a growing alternative asset manager and work with portfolio managers and research teams on various ESG topics.

 

The intern will assist the team in its primary missions, including the following:

  • Participate in the reporting exercises (SFDR periodic reporting, ISR reports and Impact report, annual report, etc).
  • Assist the team in ESG analysis (ESG scoring, monitoring of SRI criteria, benchmarking, monitoring of the decarbonization targets, etc).
  • Assist the team in completing due diligence questionnaires.
  • Assist the team in the preparation and production of presentations, legal and marketing materials.
  • Support the team’s effort and contribution to strengthening the department. This involves refining tools, implementing efficient processes, providing training initiatives and bolster the team’s research capacities by contributing to know-how and content on specific sectors and/or topics.
  • Participate in engagement efforts with the research team for priority portfolio companies on impact, ESG and controversy topics.
  • The intern missions will also include project management.

 Group-level missions:

  • Participate in the implementation of cross-functional ESG projects, in particular on biodiversity and climate issues.
  • Participate in Group reporting and regulatory publications (Climate report, UN PRI reporting).
  • Fleet vehicle management for our Fleet Online Services business.
  • Coordinating the transfer of vehicles between bases.
  • Registering vehicles into the internal systems.
  • Creation of contracts and vendors in the internal systems.
  • Contact with internal and external customers.
  • Feed the pricing tool to have up to date data.
  • Incident management thought the different platforms.

 

You will support the daily project management and strategy development for the operational readiness of a new manufacturing asset: a flawless chance to gain insights into typical project and customer management in pharmaceutical industry. As a member of the operations team, you will join a team of bioprocess engineers on their journey to craft and set-up a new large scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

  • Supporting the operations management team in planning and scheduling activities
  • Active involvement in stakeholder discussions to identify work packages for the operations team
  • Schedule, supervise and evaluate the tasks and the project progress
  • Support bioprocess engineers in their daily business.
