- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support the month-end closing processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends in financial performance.
- Document financial processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Create and maintain process flowcharts, manuals, and guidelines.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for team members.
- Providing ongoing standard analysis and reports on all levels of the P&L, mainly revenue, margin and operating expenses.
- Collaborate with various departments by creating a system to enable better operating expenditure tracking
- Conduct research on the health care systems to provide insights on funding and identify trends
- Work with PowerBI and understand how the platform works;
- Assist the sales organization for any questions they could have about the tools’ usage or the reports generated; solve potential bugs that could occur
- Assist in the processing of financial documents, including customer invoices and inbound payments in SAP.
- Support the Accounts Receivable team in managing the first line of collections (reminders, statements).
- Assist with queries regarding invoices and payments from customers and partners.
- Collaborate in the reconciliation and accruals processes.
- Help with month-end closing activities according to the communicated schedule.
- Learn and support systems integrations and financial processes across the department.
Dans le cadre d'un projet passionnant d'optimisation du flux de personnel et de matériel dans les zones de Production GMP, tu auras l'opportunité de devenir un leader dans les analyses de risques liées à ces flux. En collaborant étroitement avec le comité environnement et des experts des zones, tu contribueras à des initiatives essentielles pour garantir la conformité et l'efficacité opérationnelle. De plus, tu fourniras un soutien opérationnel et administratif à l’équipe MOS Compliance, te permettant ainsi de développer des compétences pratiques et stratégiques.
- Assist in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that support business decision-making.
- Support data preparation, cleaning, and transformation activities for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable data visualizations.
- Maintaining the client database by adding clients’ profile and updates;
- Supporting key account managers by providing feedback on the results of the market;
- Responsible for Sales administrative documentation, following the internal procedures to obtain proper contract database;
- Developing and maintaining reports according to the existing needs in the basic activity of the division;
- Liaising with the commercial and marketing department and with others departments of the company related business needs;
- Analyzing and studying the market, the competitors, the trends, and customer satisfaction;
- Connecting with finance responsible people, participating to finance meetings and updates the team as per project needs.
