The objective of the role is to maintain lease databases. This involves obtaining portfolio information, reporting to clients and other JLL teams. What this job involves:

Our Global Data and Analytics team maintains and develops a Python web application delivering key analytics to multiple customers and functional areas on a global scale. The main objective of the Regulatory Activities Section (RAS) is to help enhance effective regulatory infrastructures for nuclear safety in Member States based on IAEA safety standards and the use of self-assessment. The Section's activities include safety review and advisory missions to Member States, the development and revision of safety standards, support for effective regulatory development for countries embarking on new nuclear power programmes, development of training programmes for regulators, and organizational aspects related to the Convention on Nuclear Safety.
The main purpose of the internship is to provide technical support for RAS/NSNI activities related to Small Modular Reactors (SMR) and the Nuclear Harmonization and Standardization Initiative (NHSI) related activities.
Functions:
- Assisting in maintaining the SMR RF public website on RegNet, including updating information.
- Developing a programme of improvement for the SMR RF restricted website.
- Developing and deploying new web pages, features, and functionalities.
- Performing routine website audits to identify and fix broken links, security vulnerabilities, and outdated content.
- Troubleshooting website issues and providing technical support.
- Collecting, organizing and sorting SMR-related data for the NHSI's SMR Regulation and Cooperation Hub.
- Testing all modular functions of the Hub before launch.
- Providing IT technical support to the SMR RF Secretariat in meetings, workshops, and other events.
Under the general guidance of a primary supervisor, the intern shall be given specific tasks related to the following projects within the Needs and Response Analysis Section (NARAS): Humanitarian Action Platform; Global Humanitarian Overview.The intern will contribute to the analytical work for the Global Humanitarian Overview 2026. This includes reviewing and synthesizing data and trends from various sources, supporting the identification of global drivers of need, key humanitarian needs, response gaps and funding trends across crises. The intern may assist in drafting analytical content and preparing visualizations. The intern will also be the primary focal point coordinating inputs from country and regional offices to inform the development of the 2026 edition.
Additional responsibilities will vary based on the intern’s background and interests. They may include supporting the design and preparation of studies on humanitarian response and emergency relief; conducting research and analysis on assigned topics; and contributing to written materials such as background papers, policy briefs, and reports. The intern may also help maintain reference materials, assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and conferences, and take notes during such events. Staying informed on current humanitarian issues, including political, policy, and gender-related developments—is essential. Other tasks may be assigned by the supervisor as needed.
