To provide technical expertise in the development of a prototype for a web application that digitalizes national veterinary procedures, including its front and backend. The prototype should include IT modules for: i) animal census; ii) design of national disease monitoring and action plans for the national animal populations; iii) field sampling module, iv) laboratory module; v) reporting module for epidemiological overview of the diseases and vi) outbreak management module. The IT module should contain tabular and geographical (GIS) visualizations for all above mentioned six modules, as well as a comprehensive reporting system for situation analysis and decision making. For the designated field operators, the prototype should have appropriate Web, as well as mobile applications, such as Android and Apple devices.

Functions:

  • Support the development of workflows that caters to end-users and encompasses various tasks related to the modules mentioned in the paragraph "Main Purpose".
  • Support the development of a scalable backend database for the storage of the data and the establishment of the relations between the data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and consistency, in line with the IAEA IT standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of scalable, maintainable services and APIs.

 

You will support the Local Marketing Vehicles, Preschool, Building Sets, Action Figures and Adult Fans team on the development, implementation & analysis of the Marketing initiatives for Iberia (Spain & Portugal) & Italy. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support Brand Manager in Brand Planning and Execution.
  • Impact in brand strategy through the analysis of consumer trends, categories, competitor’s performance.
  • Assist in key marketing activities by working with key internal and external partners (i.e. Disney, Nintendo, Universal).
  • Assist in briefing and executing media plan: TV, digital, influencers, PR….
  • Assist in product planning process (forecast).
  • Internal and external presentation with key stakeholders.
  • Administrative support.
  • Assist with the Adult Fans project: adults targeted toy line.
  • Monitors and analyses on a daily basis policy platforms-processes-meetings (such as United Nations system, European platforms, other regional bodies) and trends and emerging issues on key topics (gender equality/LGBTQI, sustainability, migrants/refugees, education, peace, human rights, health) through the dedicated public affairs monitoring tool and consultation of key stakeholders’ and partners’ websites.
  • Coordinates the provision of timely intelligence and actionable insight to the public affairs team during daily dedicated meetings and through written reports.
  • Provides occasional support when increased monitoring of key events-meetings is necessary.
  • Coordinates the daily editorial meetings of the public affairs team to build the daily trends.
  • Prepares briefings on country-specific political developments and political stakeholders.
  • Gathering relevant information on problems, identifying gaps, and proposing corrective actions
  • Prepare for and support in the Daily Management operating rhythms of the organization and the weekly KPI report outs
  • Support on material inflow activities
  • Support on inventory monitoring activities
  • Support on material processes in the factory.
  • Take minutes, draft reports and generally support the organisation of Genocide Prosecution Network ad hoc and plenary meetings, as well as meetings with stakeholders and partners;
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis (international criminal and humanitarian law, human rights law, European law);
  • Assist in drafting various products, including discussion and background papers, expert reports, communications with contact points and external stakeholders, and monthly newsletter;
  • Contribute to the update of the ‘National jurisprudence database on core international crimes’ maintained by the Secretariat on Eurojust’s website;
  • Assist in planning and organising events supported by the Genocide Prosecution Network Secretariat, including the EU Day Against Impunity;
  • Support the Secretariat’s participation in external events, such as conferences, roundtables and expert panels, by assisting with presentation preparation, and, when appropriate, attending alongside Secretariat representatives;
  • Contribute to other organisational matters handled by the Secretariat.
