  fonctionnelles liées au besoin client

We look forward to having the support of qualified and enthusiastic students specialized in related professional fields (HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, and/or international relations). Interns may be deployed in any area of MTHR including:

• HR Management (Business Partnering, Recruitment and Outreach, Staff Relations),
• HR Services (Help Desk, Benefits and Entitlements)
• HR Development (Learning, Policy, Gender and Diversity, Analytics)
• Project Management in HR

Interns may be rotated between the areas based on programmatic needs.

Functions:

• Conduct background research on HR matters involving academic research papers, private and public sector best practices, other international organizations' policies and guidelines as needed.
• Support the development of promotional and outreach materials.
• Coordinate activities and events that strengthen awareness and knowledge on the various HR areas.
• Respond to requests for guidance on the respective HR areas.
• Contribute to design, improvement, and facilitation of the trainings and/or support the training administration and collection of training data, as requested.
• Prepare and edit drafts of HR reports, guidelines, briefing notes, presentation, and similar documents such as internal communication web sites with guidance by the respective HR leads.
• Analyse and report HR data and Key Performance Indicators as required.
• Support other HR activities as and when assigned.

• Plan, coordinate, host and follow up on monthly webinars for our external partners.
• Continuously contributing to map competencies both with partners by means of an extensive survey setup and self-developed tools for reporting and analytics.
• Assist in developing content/reports/documents for use in Competence and Business Development.
• Assist in developing new verticals, e.g. gaining knowledge of new market niches and their needs, as well as gathering internal Grundfos knowledge and sharing across the division.

The intern will work under the direct supervision of the Programme Management Officer in charge of the Project “Phase 2 of Urban2030 - Supporting the implementation of the New Urban Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals”. The intern will support the concept stage of an expert group meeting on housing indicators and policies in Europe, to be held in the autumn of 2025,  as other activities conducted by UN-Habitat in Europe, including some administrative support.   

Responsibilities:

• Draft concept notes and background paper for an expert group meeting on housing indicators and policies in Europe;
• Identify suitable speakers for the expert group meeting;
• Assist in preparatory meetings with the European Commission Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policies in relation to the expert group meeting;
• Assist in the daily work of the office team through support in note taking at meetings, meeting requests, and similar.

Asistir en los proyectos de desarrollo de productos mediante:

• Englobarte dentro de las células de calidad/proceso para dar soporte con validaciones y verificaciones de limpiezas
• Aprender a actualizar la documentación de calidad en nuestro programa y la actualización de todos los documentos
• Ayudar al personal de producción en la realización de los mismos.
