TME Customer Quality (CQ) division’s primary role is to resolve quality related concerns affecting the European markets, together with R&D and manufacturing partners. CQ Business Reform team (BR) is responsible for enabling faster issue detection by more efficient data monitoring and analysis of possible quality concerns in the market through digitalisation, automation and system developments.

  

As intern in the CQ Business Reform team:

  • You will support translating Business requirements into a Data Science project which generates valuable insights for the Quality engineers.
  • You will collaborate with BR team members and Quality engineers to establish the data science workflow, starting from the data collection, data extraction, data exploration and statistical analysis.
  • You will be in charge of developping the analytics required by the business.
  • You will prepare and fine tune machine learning models.
  • You will get value from data by building dashboards or webapps which provide real time insight from your analytics into the Quality process.
  • You will contribute to the team wiki page by documenting your work.

 

This internship will work primarily with the Editorial Unit, with some work assigned by the Chief of Communications. Working under the supervision of the Head of the Editorial Unit, the intern’s work includes: 

  • Assist in production of bi-monthly newsletter, including layout, information gathering, sending out and monitoring of metrics – with report;
  • Assist in the production of weekly emails of upcoming communication products, including social media metrics;
  • Conduct research, on the basis of official UN documentation and other sources, for the drafting of feature stories;
  • Assist in the preparation of public information campaigns, outreach activities, and collecting and gathering campaign feedback;
  • Assist in the development and branding of public information products, such as fact sheets, background notes, brochures, etc.;
  • Assist in the research and drafting texts for the OHCHR website, i.e. thematic introductory pages;
  • Assist in liaising with OHCHR field presences and the UN Department of Public Information on communications matters;
  • Assist in the organization and effective dissemination of materials being distributed to partners, as well as in the assembling of public information materials for particular events;
  • Assist in the coordination of OHCHR briefings to visiting groups;
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluation work of campaigns and other communication products under direction;
  • Attend meetings relevant to his/her functions.

  • Contributing to the drafting of legal advice related to the EPPO legal framework and governance structure;
  • Providing assistance in the preparation of legal advice related to all the aspects of the operations and management of the EPPO;
  • Providing input for the preparation of legal acts and opinions related to the functioning of the EPPO, including on matters related to human resources, administration, contract and procurement;
  • Providing tailored responses to ad-hoc research requests received from lawyers in the Legal Service.
