As an intern you support the work related to using business applications. We believe it is important for you to devote your internship to working on subjects that interest you. That is why you can express your preferences ! You can, for example, work on optimizing business processes combined with data and new technology, which are executed by a transport-planner, the ERP-application, the buying-application, a mailing-application in B2C-markets or a CRM application. Your input, vision and expertise could well have a major impact on our organisation.

Your workload will be varied to develop a depth knowledge of the financial services and real estate sectors. Duties will include, inter alia:

• Support to our team on leverage and structured finance, with a particular focus on asset and fund finance, and securitisation
• Work on regulatory matters or (debt or equity) capital markets transactions
• Assistance on restructuring and insolvency issues
• Each time drafting the relevant documentation, liaising with, and taking instruction from, clients; attending client meetings and carrying out legal researches.

As an intern in our department, you will play a crucial role in the IWMS/CAFM project team, contributing to the deployment of advanced software solutions to enhance Hilti’s real estate and facility management. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will design and implement data collection systems to monitor energy consumption, while supporting global software rollouts. Your responsibilities will also include creating automated Power BI reports to provide actionable insights, preparing and integrating master data with accuracy and consistency, and facilitating seamless data exchange by integrating third-party systems. Additionally, you will leverage sensor technologies to implement real-time monitoring and analysis of space utilization, driving operational efficiency and technological innovation across our facilities.

• Planificación, activación y optimización de campañas de Paid Media en múltiples plataformas y formatos: Search (Google Ads, Bing), Social Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter), Display y programática (DV360, Teads, plataformas directas), Vídeo (YouTube, Meta, programática vídeo), Campañas automatizadas y multiformato (como Performance Max). 
• Maximizar el ROI y reducir el CPA, tomando decisiones basadas en métricas como ROAS, CVR, LTV. 
• Liderar el canal Paid Media de forma estratégica y operativa, siendo el punto de referencia para las campañas de captación digital. 
• Identificar audiencias, canales y mensajes clave para escalar resultados, optimizando la estrategia multicanal. 
• Elaborar y supervisar briefings para agencias de medios, creativas y de contenido, garantizando entregables de calidad. 
• Realizar un seguimiento exhaustivo del rendimiento de campañas, proponiendo acciones de mejora continua y testeos basados en hipótesis (A/B testing). 
• Co-liderar el programa de experimentación enfocadas en CRO, en colaboración con otros equipos (producto, contenidos, diseño), para mejorar landings, formularios, mensajes y estructuras publicitarias onsite (conocimientos en AB Tasty, Optimizely, etc) 
• Colaborar estrechamente con diseño, producto y contenidos, asegurando consistencia entre los mensajes publicitarios y la experiencia del usuario. 
• Trabajar transversalmente con otros canales y equipos, alineando esfuerzos para asegurar el rendimiento del área en Paid Media. 

Duties of the intern may include but are not limited to the following to helping service meetings of the human rights treaty bodies and their respective working groups or the meetings of the Board of Trustees of the Funds. In particular, the intern may:

• Prepare country and legal analysis and draft legal background papers for human rights treaty bodies, related to the State party reporting procedure and treaty body-based individual complaints procedure;
• Conduct research into and draft reports on the jurisprudence of the treaty bodies concerned;
• Assist with the handling of individual communications received under the different treaty body complaints procedures;
• Provide support in relation to inter-state communications submitted to the treaty bodies;
• Assist in the preparation of the Subcommittee on Prevention of Torture (SPT) country visits;
• Take notes during the sessions/pre-sessions, and provide support with administrative duties such as the preparation of documentation and reference files in advance of and during the session;
• Provide input to outreach and information tasks, including the Branch newsletter;
• Support the work of the Universal Human Rights Index (UHRI) and the treaty body documentation databases;
• Conduct research and develop training exercises for use in capacity building activities on reporting by States to the treaty bodies; Prepare the Weekly Human Rights Treaties Branch Update;
• Assist with preparation of reports and background papers for the General Assembly, the Human Rights Council (HRC) and the annual meeting of Chairpersons of the human rights treaty bodies;
• Support the organization of training activities and development of relevant training material;
• and Assist with evaluation of project proposals for funding; and perform other duties as requested by the supervisor, as appropriate.
