• Work on developing experimental operational features and products in cooperation with our internal engineering teams and partner Microsoft.
  • Help the team by removing blockers and raise major issues proactively.

As a member of the Operations team, you will:

  • support the Finance team preparing quarterly reports and managing Revaia’s financial processes on various aspects such as accounting, controlling and cash flow planning
  • improve Revaia’s internal processes to further automate our daily operations
  • work with the ESG team delivering operational support to the C-levels of our portfolio companies and actionable contents such as the ESG Benchmark
  • help the Investment team maintaining a consistent KPI portfolio reporting
  • assist our Fundraising team delivering contents for our investors
  • communicate with banks and external service providers (auditors, lawyers, etc.)

Gestion de la comptabilité clients : Activité de lettrage des comptes clients et des lots de virement, gestion des situations complexes nécessitant une analyse poussée et des échanges avec les clients et autres parties prenantes

Assurer le recouvrement des créances 

  • Réaliser des appels entrants et  sortants  d’encaissements
  • Qualifier les créances clients
  • Identifier le risque de non-paiement des créances
  • Négocier les modalités de régularisation
  • Répondre aux appels entrants (connexion au bandeau téléphonique)

 

The Digital Partner Intern is a self-starter with the confidence and ability to work with various third-party platforms and digital tools. Reporting to the Digital Partners Manager, the role is operational and focused on delivering excellence in our online services. The intern will support the Digital Partners team in the day-to-day management of partner accounts while respecting priorities and deadlines.

Missions:

  • Weekly reportings & analysis: Sales, deliveries, sell-through.
  • Create seasonal product training decks
  • 360° Supporting in showroom and shooting preparations
  • Daily support of partners requests: product information, pricing and stock requests
