- Process incoming language services requests and liaise with requesters;
- coordinate editing and translation projects;
- help manage the very busy shared inbox;
- evaluate and optimise workflows and processes;
- contribute to procurement procedures, e.g. by carrying out market research;
- perform vendor management tasks, e.g. assigning work to the Division’s external providers and creating purchase orders;
- support the team with collecting, maintaining, cleansing, analysing and processing data;
- establish and maintain relationships with all parties involved in work processes, both in and outside the Section.
- You will participate in real projects related to the procurement of services and materials for our wind farms.

- You will learn about procurement processes, negotiation, and coordination in a technical and international setting.
During the traineeship, the trainee will familiarise themselves with the work of the Budget, Finance and Planning Unit, which advises and supports Eurojust to achieve its mission, through comprehensive planning and legitimate expenditure of its financial resources. The main tasks and responsibilities may include:
- Support the process of collecting and consolidating the Unit’s contributions toregular reviews, assessments and/or audit processes related to Eurojust’s budgetary and financial management processes;
- Support the yearly monitoring and reporting process on the Unit’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements for future years’ KPIs, in line with lessons learned from past years and new service needs/developments;
- Contribute to effectively monitoring, assessing and communicating the quality and efficiency of the Unit’s services and other stakeholders’ satisfaction thereof;
- Contribute to reviewing, revising and consolidating the Unit’s business process documentation, particularly concerning outdated procedures related to Eurojust’s budgetary and financial management processes; and
- Support the preparation of proposals for revising and improving specific services and processes currently under the Unit’s responsibility.
The Dispatch and Logging team is looking for an intern eager to develop the mission critical products. As a part of a cross functional Scrum Team you will actively participate in the end to end development process working closely with Product Owner and business stakeholders. We expect the candidate to be open to solving challenging front-end and back-end problems using Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, C++.
As part of the Marketing Product team, you participate in the definition of the product offer of existing or future product lines through in-depth market analysis and data-driven insights. You ensure coordination with all stakeholders to develop the conditions for the success of its lines and achieve the objectives set by the Maison.
Marketing:
- Conduct market research and practice regular competitive intelligence to identify trends, competitive initiatives as well as needs/opportunities for the Maison.
- Analyze the performance of managed lines/collections (quantities, turnover, margins, commercial performance, product lifecycle, etc.) and recommend areas for improvement.
- Manage/be a contributor to the project groups in charge of the development of new products by guaranteeing the quality/cost/time criteria.
- Update price listings and marketing documents daily.
Communication:
- Help with the creation of several marketing tools (masterline, collection overview...).
- Follow the products updates on our website.
