Throughout your internship, you’ll be actively involved in projects and tasks related to product complaints, Quality trainings, and Quality records (e.g. Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls). You’ll also gain insights into the practical implementation of GDP/GMP and collaborate with international stakeholders across the EMEA region.

Deliverables:

  • Deliver enhanced solutions to improve customer experience and compliance in product complaints handling.
  • Improve and simplify Quality-related training for product complaints linked to new product introductions or lifecycle management.
  • Maintain and support the quality and compliance of Quality records within Amgen’s Quality Management System.
  • Assist in building cloud infrastructure for scalable machine learning systems aimed at detecting modern malware, advanced cyber threats, and malicious user behavior.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of high-performance systems capable of handling Big Data and help building infrastructure for large-scale data processing and Machine Learning computations.
  • Help creating resilient and scalable infrastructure for target applications under the guidance of experienced engineers.
  • Learn and support the use of AWS services like Redshift, RDS, ECS, SQS, SNS, and S3 for data processing and transformation.
  • Help monitoring the application health and status to ensure stability and high availability.
  • Collaborate with engineers on code reviews, progress updates, and system requirements.

 

Lonza DPS is constantly expanding its capabilities and portfolio in the manufacturing of VI sets and meets the increasing demand for specialized VI sets for diverse products. The intern will support in the design, manufacturing and certification of VI test sets. The work will include the design and preparation of surrogate solutions, filling of units (e.g. vials, PFS, bags), imaging, spiking and verification of particle defects, creation of cosmetic defects (e.g. cracks, scratches), organizing and taking part in the certification of VI sets, as well as the corresponding documentation.  

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and preparation of surrogate solutions

  • Coordinating and participating in the certification of VI sets
  • Handling corresponding documentation.
  • Contributing to the planning and delivery of services to a diversity of prestigious clients from the Financial Services industry, notably but not limited to:
    • Internal audit outsourcing and co-sourcing mandates
    • Assurance assignments on internal controls (ISAE 3402 / SOC 1 reports)
    • Regulatory compliance reviews (risk assessment, gaps and deficiencies identification, control environment improvement suggestions).
  • Gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing data using appropriate methodologies, tools, and technologies.
  • Helping with the preparation of reports and presentations precisely addressing clients' needs.
  • Developing your expertise in the Financial Services industry to become a trusted advisor of your clients.
