The Office Administration Intern supports the local office with various internal administrative tasks and internal projects as assigned on a case-by-case basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support reception/office management tasks:
- Mail handling, courier shipments
- Maintain visitors’ log
- Other: supplies & groceries, reception of visitors, preparing/tidying up meeting room, maintenance & repairs of office equipment, etc.
- Petty cash management (issue reimbursements, monthly count, scanning receipts, etc.)
- ISO support (clean desk check, managing back-up tapes, provide copies of local logs, etc)
- IT support on the ground (badge assistance, remote access support, etc.)
- Support various projects as assigned on a case by case basis.
During this internship, the successful candidate will be involved in a project focusing on the creation of a dynamic digital dashboard using Power BI to display critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on live data. This includes gathering requirements from various departments, integrating data from multiple sources, designing user-friendly visualizations, and setting up real-time data updates. The goal is to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency by providing accurate, up-to-date insights into machine-level performance.
You will be part of a cross-function team, learning about production management and developing interpersonal skills to gather the correct KPIs to achieve delivery goals. Communication will take place on an international level and will provide to the opportunity to learn more about or tools, analytical team and big data measurement tool (Braincube).
- Conduct in-depth research into potential investment fields
- Support the investment managers in the sourcing of investment opportunities
- Conduct initial evaluation and in-depth analysis of new investment opportunities

- Prepare market and competition analyses and initially validate technologies

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the mission of the Product Quality Technician intern will be to support all processes of quality control, manufacturing control, legislation, formulas, and new products for the national and international market.
- Control of finished product.
- Compatibility and resistance test of new products and packaging materials.
- Management of non-conformity sheets for packaging articles and finished products.
- Supplier Quality Performance Assessment.
- Accompaniment in the opening of new suppliers.
- Quality Procedures.
- Release finished product in SAP.
- Build expertise in the area of joint investigation teams, by getting acquainted with the tools and projects developed by the JITs Network Secretariat and by contributing to ongoing projects;
- Contribute to the preparations of the JITs Annual Meeting/Working Group meetings by analysing relevant material on JITs, drafting discussion papers and outcome reports, as well as assisting with the organisational aspects of the meetings;
- Contribute to drafting of legal opinions/legal advice by analysing legal documents and other available materials related to JITs and judicial cooperation;
- Assist with the JITs Evaluation Project, by collecting and analysing existing material in particular JIT evaluation forms;
- Maintain and manage the JITs agreements database, by uploading JIT agreements and producing structured information extracted from the database;

- Contribute to the Project on Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on JITs, by analysing received replies and drafting the report;
- Assist with the preparation of training materials (PowerPoint presentations) to be used at JIT training events, roadshows and seminars;
- Assist with the taks related to development and operation of the JITs Collaboration Pltaform;
- Support any other assignments falling into the Secretariats’ respective organisational matters.
