As an intern for the Lab, you will go through every steps of the development process and participate in innovation sessions to let ideas pop up, be involved in the selection process, design phases, partner integration etc. In more details, you will:

• Participate in ideation session, present your own point of view
• Design the solution with your technical manager and the Marketing team
• Investigate  the underlying technology
• Develop the few breaking points of feasibiity
• Test and challenge the solution , look for improvements
• Test and validate
• Assess the project.

Au sein de la Division France Europe de l’Ouest de la marque Dr Pierre Ricaud et plus particulièrement dans l’équipe e-CRM et e-Commerce, le/la chargée de campagnes e-CRM se verra confier les missions suivantes :

1/ Participation au déploiement de la stratégie e-CRM Allemagne et France sur les leviers de newsletters commerciales et automations

• Elaboration et présentation du plan de contacts mensuel pour le marché Allemand
• Réalisation des briefs créa pour le studio
• Intégration des trackings et recette des BATs, paramétrage des campagnes dans l’outil de routage Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

2/ Monitoring des KPIs business

• Suivi quotidien du chiffre d’affaires et des nouvelles clientes et réalisation du bilan e-CRM mensuel sur le périmètre allemand.

3/ CRM listenning

• Veille concurrentielle et partage hebdomadaire du « best of news » en point équipe
• Proposition de nouveaux partis pris créatifs, mécaniques commerciales et thématiques de newsletters dans une logique d’amélioration continue du plan de contact.

• Carry out research and analysis and prepare draft documents on a number of legal issues related to the structure, functions and activities of the UPU, particularly in the areas of public international law and administrative law (with particular reference to the United Nations common system);
• Assist in the preliminary analysis of legal instruments such as treaties, agreements, regulations, resolutions and other legal documents relevant to the work of the UPU;
• To assist the Director and other members of the DAJ in the provision of services within the competence of the UPU, including preparation of background papers, reports and other documents; synthesis of views and practices on particular legal issues; and preparation of draft legal instruments such as treaties, agreements, contracts, internal rules and regulations or other legislative texts relating to the UPU.
