Our team is ready to level up how we manage web content in a smarter way and we're looking for a CMS Engineer & Content Intern to help us get there. Sitting at the intersection of development and content, you'll identify opportunities to improve and automate publishing workflows, work hands-on in our CMS and explore how to leverage AI for efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Optimize the configuration of our Content Management System (CMS).
- Working hands-on in our CMS; to create and update web pages.
- Investigate and prototype AI-driven solutions.
- Document processes and improvements for internal use.
- Learn the entire creative design process from first sketch to final product
- Be responsible for one self-directed, individual projects and support in launching product design ideas in line with specific product strategies
- Generate and present strong product stories, designs and mood boards
- Under the direction of the Design team collect market intelligence, providing the team with accurate and up-to-date information on trends and developments
- Assist the Design team in the creation and maintenance of creative directions, product designs, tech packs, presentation materials, design mini sheets and specifications
- Support the Design team on general tasks, such as create drawings, data management and database upkeep.
During the traineeship, the trainee will familiarise themselves with the work of the Events and Logistics Unit, which provides logistical and administrative support to the organisation of events and meetings, in a successful and cost-efficient manner, with the highest standards of service.The main tasks and responsibilities may include:
- Support the Events team in their Autumn/Winter 2025 projects, i.e. digitalisation of events tools, data management et al.;
- Support the planning and delivery of various meetings;
- Provide support for logistical arrangements, including booking rooms and accommodation, preparing meeting facilities, interpretation, transportation and catering and make contingency plans if required;
- Assist different Event and Logistics related contractors in daily operations;
- Maintain interaction with various stakeholders;
- Develop PowerPoint presentations to showcase services;
- Develop and maintain Events’ Intranet page.
Join our Mass spectrometry team as an Analytical Chemistry Intern for a 6 to 9-month period, where you will play a role in supporting internal customers with cutting-edge analytical instrumentation. Your primary responsibilities will include measuring and analysing metabolite samples from the In Vitro Molecular Screening (IMS) group using UPLC-HRMS. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the safety of our fragrance molecules.
You will be part of a diverse team and located in Givaudan’s state-of-the-art Innovation Center in Kemptthal (Zurich). You will report directly to an experienced chemist, gaining valuable insights and mentorship throughout your internship.
You will:
- Measure experiments conducted by IMS, analyse the data and report the results
- Keep track of progress and deadlines
- Discuss and or explain results within the team and to internal customers
- Run optimization experiments to increase method performance
- Learn to work with the laboratory information management system
- Grow your experience in the field of fragrance research.
