Notre équipe gère l’ensemble des flux physiques pour les différentes catégories de Mars en France (Petcare, Wrigley & Food) : Transport, Entrepôts & Copacking.

Intégré(e) à notre équipe de 9 experts, tu contribueras:

  • au pilotage de l’activité en structurant l’ensemble des KPIs disponibles dans un ou plusieurs tableaux de bord.
  • à l’amélioration continue de nos processus en travaillant sur des projets d’optimisation en autonomie.
  • au pilotage opérationnel d'une partie de notre activité en collaboration avec nos experts sur un sujet à définir ensemble.
  • You will actively be integrated in the Planning (Dispatching) & installation team where you are asked to be a supportive member and take a responsibility on some tasks.
  • This internship is mainly a working internship to gain work experiences and not a research internship.
  • Create calls in the system based on input from customers.
  • Part of the tasks will be operationally (60%), supporting the team in the day-to-day operations, for example:
    • Contacting field technicians on their planning
    • Support the logistics team in the daily monitoring and follow up of the day-to-day operational routines
    • Support the team in cross-functional initiatives to tackle issues
    • Support on planning of installations and the out-roll of projects
    • Submit orders from draft to pending
  • Second part of the tasks (40%) consist of using the experience from the operational activities to support & initiate improvement proposals, within the function as well as cross-functional within operations.
  • You will be asked to join the field team several days in the field with customer trips to better understand the business and needs from the field.
  • Contributing to public procurement procedures, such as assisting in the preparation of procurement documents;
  • Assisting in the development of internal processes, methodologies, and documentation related to the procurement function;
  • Providing administrative support throughout procurement procedures;
  • Preparing periodic reports on specific matters;
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with all parties involved in procurement processes, both within and outside the team.
  • You will support our team in various projects in the areas of media relations, news & stories, social media/media production and content production
  • You will help with researching and creating content for internal and external communication channels

  • Assisting in writing and translating articles for the UNRIC web site.
  • Assisting in updating social media accounts to include drafting and editing content.
  • Assisting the Desk Officer with media monitoring and liaising with relevant media.
  • Assisting in the daily liaison with civil society, academia, NGOs in the relevant countries.
  • Assisting in preparing the organization of events on the work of the UN in relevant countries.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
