• Support and preparation for the weekly Luxembourg Governance Risk Control & Compliance (LGRCC) Forum;
• Provide assistance on the maintenance of the Regulatory Development Matrix and the Industry Engagement matrix and feedback loop;
• Support increasing the disciplinary monitoring surrounding Outsourcing Governance Framework deliverables such as Trackers to update, review, and approve Inter-Company Agreements and Service Level Documents;
• Assist with the preparation of the monthly Luxembourg Outsourcing Oversight Committee Meeting;
• Support on Bank regulatory deliverables and document related best practices/procedures;
• Assist in the Application Outsourcing Working Group and the Governance aspects around DORA and ICT Outsourcing;
• Contribute to the BBH Luxembourg BRRD Project, and with the design and documentation of resolvability test exercises in line with SRB Guidance;

What you’ll be doing as an intern in one of the Tessent Research and Development teams

Tessent is Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software developed by SIEMENS. The Tessent tool is used by the largest companies in the IC industry to insert DFT (Design for Test) logic and prepare their microchips for manufacturing tests. The DFT is a branch of engineering, based mostly on R&D. The DFT solutions designed by our engineering teams are based on IEEE standards and usually go beyond them. You will be participating in daily work of software engineering team and supporting their efforts in developing leading edge solution to our customers.

• Manipuler différentes bases de données et extraire les données les plus pertinentes,
• Prendre part à la gestion des référentiels produits et l’administration des bases de données,
• Calculer les indicateurs clé de performance,
• Apporter votre support à la production des tableaux de bord de suivi de la performance des produits promus Santé Grand Public et suggérer des pistes d’optimisation de ces outils,
• Réaliser la veille concurrentielle des marques au sein de leur marché de référence,
• Apporter votre concours aux analyses hebdomadaires et mensuelles de nos données de ventes et distribution, ainsi qu’aux analyses ad’ hoc. Participer à l’enrichissement de ces analyses.
