• Commercial projects support  
    • Support Commercial Operations Manager & Commercial Project Manager on various projects, such as Boutique flows improvement & new digital solutions (project organization and follow-up)  
    • Manage publication and follow-up on internal communication digital tool 
    • Provide support in various Maison activities e.g., Boutique opening, temporary Boutique opening. 
    • Support in implementing Boutique action plan. 
  • Organisations support:
    • Support Commercial Operations Teams on daily operations of all Boutiques  
    • Support with updating and implementing policy & procedure guidelines  
    • Support with uniform procedures for the region (order approval, buffer stock management, budget tracker)  
    • Support onboarding of new hires including uniform coordination and timely access to all Maison systems  
    • Boutique budget follow-up with suppliers  
    • Support Boutique Teams on shopfloor during high peak seasons  
    • Cross functional projects with marketing and merchandising.
  • Boutique non-stock orders  
    • Approve orders of Boutique 
    • Support with creating and implementing new process to streamline communication and improve ordering process.
  • Admin Support
    • Support Boutique Teams with various daily tasks  
    • Assist with SAP Vendor and PO creations pertaining to boutique operations (especially with CS Specialist) 
    • Plan, attend and minute all Retail meetings if needed 
    • Create newsletter.

 

Training and mentoring will be provided all along the internship. Carrying out his/her tasks under the supervision of the Economic Affairs Officer, the intern will perform the following functions:

  • Assist in preparing communication materials for social media and other information outlets related to the implementation of the Division’s projects;
  • Assist in preparing communication materials and a policy brief related to the publication of the National Capacity Gap Assessments;
  • Assist in drafting publishable OpEds on the trade and development trajectory of LDCs, LLDCs and/or SIDs;
  • Helping with the organization of the Ministerial meetings on LDCs, LLDCs and SIDs in the context of U16 (including drafting invitation letters, liaise with Geneva-based missions).

 

 Assist in Data Collection and Preservation

  • Support the identification, collection, and preservation of electronically stored information (ESI) in compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to chain-of-custody protocols and maintain accurate documentation of all actions.

Support the Use of eDiscovery Tools

  • Gain hands-on experience with various eDiscovery platforms for tasks such as document review, data analysis, and tagging relevant evidence.
  • Collaborate with the Evidence Discovery Management Unit to process and load data into eDiscovery systems.

Data Processing and Preparation

  • Assist in processing electronic data for review, including tasks such as metadata extraction, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for scanned documents, and ensuring data is accurately indexed for search and analysis.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity and completeness.

Document Review and Analysis

  • Utilize keyword searches, metadata filters, and AI-assisted analytics to streamline case analysis.

Research and Report Development

  • Conduct research on eDiscovery best practices, technological advancements, and applicable procedural guidelines.
  • Draft summaries, reports, and presentations to communicate findings or progress to internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams

  • Work closely with legal, forensic, and technical teams to ensure that eDiscovery activities align with the overall case strategy.
  • Assist in developing workflows to optimize the eDiscovery lifecycle, including data culling, deduplication, and production.

 

  • Covering this role, you will support in Analysis and Requirements collection activitiesand assist in the development of enhancement of News Page System and their business adoption.
  • You will collaborate with the development team to implement new features and functionalitiesand with the management team to accelerate the adoption into the business processes define tailored training and supporting documentation.
  • Your activities will include interviews with stakeholders, requirements collection and test support to ensure the systems meets usability and performance standards.
  • You will work also in the definition and creation of training pills using Easygenerator.

 

As an R&D Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the development of product guidance and design for sauces products tailor to emerging market needs. During your assignment you will be part of the emerging market R&D team, working closely with other central and local R&D teams. Your contributions will help shape the future of our product portfolio and drive business growth in emerging markets. You will be working on programs to help expanding product development capability in the emerging market R&D team.  

 

Assignment and key activities: 

  • Collaborate with central and local R&D team to design and develop products for non-Heinz brand tomato ketchup and mayonnaise for emerging markets 
  • Conduct product benchmark study 
  • Develop and maintain product guidance documents, including ESG requirements 
  • Produce, test and evaluate product prototypes.
