  • Réaliser une veille technologique pour identifier les dernières tendances et outils du digital.

  • Assist with reporting and insights, trends: Help compile and analyse data to generate reports that provide insights into campaign performance and identify trends
  • Assist with site checks every day: Perform daily checks on the website to ensure all offers are correct and the site is functioning properly. Report any issues to the e-merchandising team
  • Assist with cross functions like eActivation and eMerch: Collaborate with eActivation and eMerch teams to improve workflows and execution. This includes creating assets, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring alignment across teams 
  • Assist with translation content: Support the translation process by coordinating with translation services, reviewing translated content, and ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Assist ROM with daily tasks: Provide support to the Regional Online Manager (ROM) with various daily tasks, including managing assets, coordinating with affiliates, and ensuring smooth operations 
  • Taking notes during conversations with affiliates: Document key points and action items during meetings with affiliates to ensure clear communication and follow-up
  • Learn and Apply: Gain hands-on experience with DevOps principles and tools in a hardware development environment.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines tailored for hardware development using tools such as GitLab or Jenkins (CloudBees).
  • Monitoring and Alerting: Collaborate on implementing and optimizing monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Dynatrace to ensure hardware development processes.
  • Scripting & Automation: Write and enhance scripts in Python, Bash/Csh, or other languages to automate routine tasks in testing or validation workflows.

Your day-to-day responsibilities would include:

E-commerce platform assistance

  • Gain exposure to e-commerce platforms and technologies by assisting in their setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Assist in developing project plans, roadmaps, and deliverables for onboarding new products on the IATA Store.
  • Understand in-depth the set-up on the Store to help Product Manager and Store Operations with the addition of new products.
  • Assist in implementing basic updates and optimizations to improve website usability and performance.
  • Provide support in testing website functionalities, identifying bugs, and reporting issues to the IT team for resolution.
  • Suggest improvement to the Store product pages.

You will be part of the Multimedia team in the Design and Digital Division within the Directorate General Communications. Our Division is responsible for the ECB’s digital communications, including website development, design and content, publications and visual communications.

In your role as a trainee in the Multimedia team, your work will focus on the audiovisual aspects of the ECB’s communications. The team’s members draw on a broad set of skills in photography, videography, visual media editing and podcasting. The team also has strong stakeholder management skills and coordinates audiovisual projects and products from inception and drafting through to final implementation. You will work with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds who bring a range of perspectives.

 

As a trainee in the Multimedia team you will:

  • support the preparation and organisation of events involving the Multimedia team;
  • develop (plan, draft, produce and edit) multimedia products, sometimes as stand-alone initiatives but often as part of a broader communications campaign or event;
  • contribute to the production of audiovisual materials such as photos, videos, podcasts and live broadcasts;

You will work alongside the Direct Procurement Analyst and engage closely with internal stakeholders including the Global Direct Procurement managers, Finance managers, IT managers at the affiliate level, and Procurement and Finance leads in the managing entities and procurement communities of Pernod Ricard.

 

Your key missions:

  • You will coordinate the Pernod Ricard Direct Procurement data collection and crunching for 40 affiliates, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • You will receive, check, and support key stakeholders in data extraction, overseeing the harmonization process, and handling communications regarding missing requirements, updates, and final data set approval.
  • You will engage with and guide stakeholders across various levels and functions (Finance, Procurement, IT…) to validate and correct data. This involves scheduling and conducting sanity check briefings with affiliates, assisting with queries, and communicating updates to the Procurement team and Global Direct categories team.
  • You will assist affiliates in overcoming pain points related to data extraction and reporting completion.
  • You will support the Procurement team in analyzing data quality.

The student will be part of a team or project group working on coating formulations and performing a variety of test with a high degree of independence. Literature, internal reports and coating educating syllabi are present to be used to acquire theoretical knowledge. All equipment necessary for paint formulation is available. The student will have a very regular contact with the supervisor to discuss approach, results, and continuation. The subject for the internship can have a more innovative character (technology/concept development) or focussed on product development. Several continuously evolving subjects are available, so is not possible to predict which projects will be worked on in advance. Regardless of this, all interns will have the opportunity to have an in-depth learning of coating technology and doing research in an industrial organisation.

Future regulations will require precise reporting of the State-of-Health (SoH) of critical engine components, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Join us in pioneering methodology for estimating the SoH and On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) of engine components. The mission is develop a sophisticated, physics-based mean-average/0-Dimensinsional engine model that simulates component degradation and seamlessly integrates with the engine control unit. You'll be working with a Volvo engine and expanding the model to encompass the degradation of vital engine components.
