- Delivering standard reports & analysis in a timely manner.
- Managing further requests from our stakeholders to build better reports for the business, which can often involve linking different data sources / reports together
- Build new reports and participate in different continues improvement project (European and locally)

As part of an experienced and dynamic team to provide top quality services to our international clients, you will become a part of Citco Vilnius Internship Program 2025 and will work together with the team under supervision of senior colleagues. This role will suit engaged, customer-oriented individuals who wish to develop and realize their potential within Citco.
Your Role:
- Maintain and update client’s database and ensure proper reporting
- Be a part of global Citco team and be exposed to global locations and functions
- Conduct research on criminal justice aspects of terrorism prevention and on specific counter-terrorism related thematic areas;
- Contribute to the elaboration of background documents, presentations, briefing notes, summaries, talking points and speeches;
- Assist in the preparation of national and regional technical assistance workshops, meetings, high-level events and conferences;
- Attend and take notes at meetings, as required; and
- Perform other tasks, as necessary.
This role is contributing to the Motion Drives Business in Jüri. You will be mainly accountable for:

- support the Finance team preparing quarterly reports and managing Revaia’s financial processes on various aspects such as accounting, controlling and cash flow planning
- improve Revaia’s internal processes to further automate our daily operations

Reporting to the Digital Partners Manager, the role is operational and focused on delivering excellence in our online services. The intern will support the Digital Partners team in the day-to-day management of partner accounts while respecting priorities and deadlines.
Missions:

The intern will contribute to preparatory activities related to the planning, execution, and follow-up of the Strategic Dialogue on the futures of Malaria including the stock take dialogue on malaria vaccines.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Support with coordinating preparations for dialogues on the future of Malaria including but not limited to the gathering of policy documents on the knowledge management of the deployment of malaria vaccines in 19 countries
- Support with consolidation of contact lists of key stakeholders to be engaged in the consultations, including engagement with key partners such as Gavi, WHO, UNICEF, and malaria program managers.
- Support the design and development of pre-read materials to ensure informed participation by stakeholders.
- Assist in synthesizing key learnings from malaria vaccine implementation experiences across African countries.
- Support the documentation of best practices and innovative approaches in malaria vaccine roll-out.
- Assist in compiling key insights and recommendations from strategic meetings.
