You’ll join the Limit Monitoring team which is part of Trading & Operations, within the team we control that Nordea's portfolio managers comply with relevant legislation and regulations, as well as the specific investment guidelines which have been agreed to with clients or set out in fund prospectuses. We are responsible for controlling and escalating investment restrictions end-of-day on all mandates and funds handled through the Compliance Manager module of the asset management platform SimCorp Dimension.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct Daily Limits Monitoring of investment limits for both internal and external portfolio managers using SimCorp Dimension ensuring compliance with regulation (UCITS, US 1940 Act…) and guidelines across all asset classes.
• Become an integrated part of the daily routines.
• Escalation of breaches to investment restrictions to Client managers, portfolio managers and risk/compliance functions.
• Improve and automate existing processes.

As a Production Efficiency Improvement Trainee (m/w/d), you will join the process engineer team in Vernier and you will improve the flow of fragrances production in one of the Givaudan's biggest site.

• Manage data analysis by Excel or SAP
• Improve automation rate (analysis and monitoring the flow of raw materials…)
• Contribute to specific projects (BI report…)
• Work with different partners locally and globally
• Lead rapid improvement events on the shop floor with the teams for improving production efficiency
• Apply lean–6 sigma concepts on the shop floor.

• Collaborate with the team to deliver impactful forecasts and budgets
• Contribute to creating insightful actuals report
• Play a vital role in crafting both standard and ad-hoc reports
• Gain invaluable insights into the management practices of a global software company

Développement Joaillerie :

• Participer au pilotage du développement technique et esthétique de différentes pièces de Joaillerie
• Suivre les différentes étapes de conception en collaboration avec les parties prenantes projet (services Technique/Pierres/Qualité)
• S'assurer de la cohérence des devis fournis et gérer les étapes de validation de ces derniers.

Recherche & Développement :

• Définir les besoins esthétiques en lien avec le Studio de création en phase d’avant-projet
• Définir les supports, techniques et matières pour les mises en application
• Proposer et faire réaliser des démonstrateurs et échantillons type (selon un cahier des charges prédéfini)
• Qualifier et orienter la décision sur les choix en accord avec les besoins identifies.

• Ensure Reporting and Understanding of Monthly Sales Figures - Close collaboration with Sales Teams across Europe to follow the performance, understand fluctuations and ensure full accuracy.
• Assist with the Preparation of Customer Meetings - Together with the International Key Account Manager you will present the account’s performance and key topics agreed.
• Development and Improvement of Reporting Tools - Improvement of current tools, taking analysis to the next level.
• Stay Informed and Connected – You will stay informed of industry trends and news to identify areas of potential growth and stay connected with all our teams across Europe.
